This Privacy Policy explains how Sea Hunt Divers ("we", "us") handles information when you visit our website or contact us about diving, courses, accommodations, or gear.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit a contact, enquiry, or booking form we receive your name, email, and any details you include (such as phone number, dates, or your message). When you purchase from our store, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your diving, courses, or stay, process orders, and keep in touch about your request. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the site and respond to you: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, security and bot protection, and privacy-first cookieless analytics), our email delivery service, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection on our forms, and Stripe as our payment processor for store purchases. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service.

Cookies & analytics

We keep tracking to a minimum. The site uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work — remembering your PADI/SSI preference and your cart, keeping you signed in if you have an account, and a security cookie our hosting provider (Cloudflare) uses to tell real visitors from automated bots. To understand which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless — it measures visits in aggregate, sets no cookies, and does not track you across other sites.
